I can’t imagine going through the process of buying my first home without JJ and the Berrier Group’s tireless assistance. JJ was always available and willing to help me with the sometimes frustrating and confusing home buying process. The home that I wanted was “contract pending” for another buyer the day after I fell in love with it. JJ, while continuing to help me search for other homes, kept tabs on that status. Low and behold, because of the diligence and follow up of JJ and The Berrier Group, that home became mine! Now that I’m moved in, I know that my home was meant to be…but it wouldn’t have happened without the help of The Berrier Group. From the computer search resources, to the right lender/broker, to the best handyman, JJ’s guidance and advice was invaluable. I never imagined that I would ever own a home, but thanks to The Berrier Group, that dream is reality and my life will never be the same.

JJ Berrier was a great help to us during the entire process of selling our house. He worked with us to decide how to ready the property for listing and, although we had anticipated a need for additional ‘fix ups’, JJ’s recommendations proved to be in line with potential buyer’s interests. This made the preparation less expensive and time-consuming than we had expected.
